Box 490 Elk River, MN 55330 RE: RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS AREA FEASIBILITY STUDY Dear Council Members: As you requested, attached is a resolution which orders a feasibility study for City utilities and permanent streets in the Riverview Heights area. My understanding of the entire scope of the study would be that it include Riverview Heights 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Additions, Grandview 1st and 2nd Additions, and Palmers First Addition. If my understanding of the scope of the study is incorrect, please let me know. PAUL WASECA An Equal Opportunity Employer RESOLUTION 96 - A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ORDERING A PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT IN THE MATTER OF THE RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS AND SURROUNDING AREA IMPROVEMENT OF 1996 WHEREAS WHEREAS the City has determined that it should consider improving certain property by providing City utilities and permanent streets (the improvement); and Council must first secure a preliminary feasibility study in order to consider making the improvement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota: This matter shall be referred to MSA, Consulting Engineers, who is requested to provide to the City Council a report advising, in a preliminary way, whether the proposed improvement is feasible and whether the improvement should thus be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
