Background/Discussion Below are pay estimates submitted fox approval. These pay estimates have been reviewed and approved by RJM construction, architect (BWBR, HSKI) ox department head in charge of the project. The original approved amount on 09/02/08 was $69,780 and some scope modifications reduced the contract sum by $5,204. A change order in the amount of $6,085.70 was processed for the River Walk project which related to repairing existing culverts, additional fill, and additional pavers to match downtown pavers.
