Motion to approve a commercial kennel license to Rich and Dana LeFavor DBA Rin Tin Inn Kennels,
Inc.
Background/Discussion
Rich and Dana LeFavor DBA Rin Tin Inn Kennels, Inc. have made application for a commercial kennel
license to be located at 11631 219th Ave NW. Mr. and Mrs. LeFavor are new owners of the kennel which
was previously run by Jodi Ladd. A conditional use permit (CUP) is required for this license and was
approved as part of the previous owner's application process.
The applicants have submitted all the necessary application materials and fees. The police department
conducted a kennel inspection and the kennel meets the city's requirements. Kennels are inspected on a
yearly basis prior to renewal of the license to ensure that the applicant is meeting the requirements of the
ordinance relating to commercial kennels.
