MEMORANDUM TO: City Council FROM: Tina Allard, City Clerk DATE: December 15, 2008 SUBJECT: Proclamations ^ Kathy Anderson Day, December 3 I, 2008 ^ Milt Tuttle Day, January 2, 2009 Police Department Executive Secretary Kathy Anderson is retiring after providing the city with 21 years of service. Street Maintenance Operator II Milt Tuttle is retiring after providing 20 years of service. Kathy could not be at the meeting tonight but we would like to acknowledge and thank her for her dedication and hard work throughout the years. We wish Kathy a long and happy retirement! Milt will be in attendance at the meeting. Mayor Klinzing is asked to read both proclamations. The plaques have been ordered but aren't available yet and City Administrator Lori Johnson can present them on their official proclamation day. THEREFORE, I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor of the City of Elk River, do hereby proclaim Wednesday, December 31, 2008, as KATHY ANDERSON DAY, in recognition and appreciation of the loyal and professional service provided by her.
