I, Jerry Takle, President, hereby request a special closed meeting of the Elk Rig=er
Municipal Li'tilities Corni7ussion on Tuesday, October 14, 2008, at '':30 p.m., at Elk River
Cite Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk P~iver, ~Zinnesota.
The purpose of the special closed meeting is to hold a closed meeting under ~Iuznesota
Statute "13D.05 in order to discuss partial results of an investigation into the «~ork
environment at the Utilities and related allegations against an individual subject to the
Commission's authoring.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city- clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the cit}° clerk to notify each member of
the Municipal utilities Commission of this meeting, in writing, at least one day before the
meeting.
