As we discussed at the September Elk River Municipal Utilities Commission meeting, the roof
on the power plant building is leaking. We have done a number of repairs but the leaks continue
to get worse.
Staff has prepared plans and specifications and secured quotations. Attached is a bid tabulation
reflecting the results of the bid. Staff recommends the project be awarded to the lowest
responsive bidder, McDowall Company.
