Consider May 28 Meeting Time
At the May 13, 1996, meeting, the City Council called a special meeting for
Tuesday, May 28, 1996, at 6 p.m. to review the Patchin Appraisal. A number
of other items will be on the agenda that evening including the Police
Department Annual Report.
The City Council may want to consider calling this meeting for 5 p.m. as I
have a scheduling conflict that evening. As the Economic Development
Executive Director, I am scheduled to be at the School Board meeting to
present TIF No. 15 (McChesney Cabinets) and am also scheduled to be at the
Planning Commission meeting later in the evening to give another
presentation on TIF No. 15. Accordingly, I will have to leave the City
Council meeting prior to 7 p.m. to be at the School Board meeting.
