At the time of the November 3rd meeting between Staff and John Gasal of Connexus Energy, the
2009 power costs had not been finalized. The anticipated rate increase is 15%. The proposed
2009 wholesale rates are pending approval by the Great River Energy Board at their November 6
meeting. A verbal update will be provided.
