SUBJECT: Annual Meeting Election of Officers
The City Council recently appointed Commissioner Dan Tviete fora 6-year term, and
Councilmember Nick Zerwas to the EDA Commission.
The EDA bylaws indicate the following offices are to be filled through the election process
at the annual meeting of the Authority.
• President
• Vice President
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Assistant Treasurer
The 2006 officers were as follows:
• President -Jeff Gongoll
• Vice President -Pat Dwyer
• Treasurer -Dan Tviete
• Secretary -Paul Moon
• Assistant Treasurer -Jerry Gumphrey
