It is requested that the Council designate the Elk Kiver Star Neaur as the official newspaper for the City of
Elk River for 2009.
Background/Discussion
State Statute requires that each city annually designate an official newspaper that is used to publish legal
matters and notices. The F.lk 1~iverStarNezvs has been the official newspaper for the City of Elk River for
several years.
