Michelle Tomczik
BACKGROUND
Michelle Tomczik is requesting a Massage Therapist License to practice therapeutic massage
at the Sirnonson's Salon and Day Spa located at 19320 Highway 169. Michelle has submitted
her application and met the city's educational requirements of 500 hours of successfully
completed course work in the area of massage. Michelle has also passed the required
criminal history background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a Massage Therapist License for Michelle Tomczik to practice
therapeutic massage at Simonson's Salon and Day Spa located at 19320 Highway 169.
