SUBJECT: Board/Commission Volunteer Reception
Staff has scheduled the Activity Center for Thursday, February 19 as the date for the
Volunteer Reception.
Following is what has been tentatively planned:
^ Reception from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
^ Program at 7:00 p.m.
^ Event catered with hors d'oeuvres offered at various stations.
^ Option of logo polo shirt or hat as volunteer gift item. Commissioners will get to
choose their order at the reception. Size and color options will be displayed.
^ Player piano will be low in the background as music.
