SUBJECT: January HPC Meetings
There will not be a regular meeting of the HPC on Thursday, January 6 due to the joint meeting
with the HRA and EDA on Monday January 10, which will start at 5:30 pm at Elk River City Hall.
An agenda and background materials for this meeting will be e-mailed and mailed to you prior to
the meeting. The main issue is to inform the HRA and EDA that the HPC is interested in creating
a historic district(s) in the downtown area and are interested in the use of tax rebate financing to
encourage property owners to participate.
