REQUEST
License for a therapeutic massage establishment
APPLICANT
Tamara Ackerman (Avalon) - 706 Main Street, Elk River, MN 55330
BACKGROUND
Tamara Ackerman is requesting a license for a therapeutic massage establishment at Avalon
located at 706 Main Street in Elk River. The applicant has submitted all of the required
application material. The Police Department is in the process of processing the required
background check. Therefore, approval should be contingent upon a successful background
check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage establishment license for Avalon, 706 Main
Street, Elk River, MN contingent upon a successful background check.
