Massage Therapist License
APPLICANT
Aya DeLong
BACKGROUND
Aya DeLong is requesting a Massage Therapist License to practice therapeutic massage at
Avalon located at 706 Main Street. Aya has submitted her application and met the city's
educational requirements of 500 hours of successfully completed course work in the area of
massage. At the time that this memo is being written the required criminal history
background check is being processed by the Police Department. Therefore, approval should
be contingent upon a successful background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a Massage Therapist License for Aya DeLong to practice
therapeutic massage at Avalon located at 706 Main Street.
