NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
HERITAGE PRESERVATION COMMISSION

A special meeting of the Elk River Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) will be held on
Friday, January 26, 2007, at 3:00 p.m., at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk
River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the meeting is to revise the commission's policy statement.
In accordance with State Statute, this notice will be posted at least three days prior to the
meeting date.
I HEREBY CERTIFY, that this notice has been posted and that I have served this notice
upon the members of the HPC by e-mail at least one day prior to the above-called special
HPC meeting.
