CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING CHAPTER 30 "LAND
DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS", ARTICLE II, DIVISION 1, SECTIONS 30-61
THROUGH 30-83 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Article II titled, Buildings and Building Regulations, Division 1, Sections
30-61 through 30-83 of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended read as
follows:
(See Attached)
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon publication as provided by law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 24 day of March, 2003.

The City Coun.cil of the City of
Elk River does hereby ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Sec. 30-81. of the Elk
River City Codes of. Ordinances
shall be and is hereby amended to'
read as follows:

Commissioner of Administration

amendments, rules and regula-
tions established, adopted and
published from time to time by the
Minnesota Commissioner of
Administration, through the
Building Codes and Standards
Division, is hereby adopted by ref-
erence ,with the exception of the
optional' chapters, unless specifi-
cally adopted in this ordinance.
The Minnesota State Building
Code is hereby incorporated in this
Code of Ordinance as if fully .set
out herein. Optional chapter 1335
"Floodproofing Regulations" is
hereby adopted.

or any other buildings exempted
by. Minnesota Statute or the
Minnesota State Building Code,
shall be prepared and signed' bya
registered architect or a registered
professional engineer duly quali-
fied by registration as required by
Minn. Stats. 326.02.
