SUBJECT: Gateway Business Park
Background
In March, the Economic Development Authority (EDA) received copies of the market
study completed for the City owned property known as the future Gateway Business Park,
south of 1715` and north of 165``'. On Monday, Grant Martin of Maxfield Research, Inc. will
be at the meeting to discuss his findings as part of the market study, and answer any
questions. Please bringyouur copies of the market study for use during the meeting. If you
need additional copies, please give me a call.
Discussion
Following the discussion of the market study, the EDA is asked to develop and identify
development goals for the property. With these goals, staff will generate several options for
consideration and evaluation.

The EDA is asked to accept the completed report and identify development goals for the
area. As eventual improvement costs, phasing schedules, and other factors play into the
evaluation of options, this information will be provided as part of the presentation of the
three land use options, in May.
