As previously discussed with the City Council, each department head will focus more on
goals and activities for the upcoming year and less on the activities from the past year. TNs
is a change from past annual reports presentations where the focus was more on activities
and accomplishments from the previous year.
The annual report presentation format continues to evolve and it is hoped that the format
being used on March 31, 2003 will meet both the public and City Council needs and desires
as it relates to city and departmental information. It should be noted that all of the
departmental reports are available on the city website and anybody can contact City Hall for
a paper copy.
