SUBJECT: Meeting Schedule
The following is a proposed schedule for the presentation of departmental reports in lieu of
one comprehensive annual report presentation.
• February 2
o Parks and Recreation Department
• February 17
o Public Works Department
• March 2
o ERMU
o Finance Department
o Administration Department
• March 16
o Community Development Department
• Apri16
o Public Safety Departments
^ Fire
^ Police
In addition, there are joint EDA, Planning Commission, Council meetings scheduled for
5:30 on February 17, March 16, and Apri127 on the Focus Area Study. Further, the Council
may want to pick several possible dates for joint meetings with the Sherburne County Board
and other boards and commissions with whom the Council wants to meet. This will give us
ample time to schedule with those boards.
