SUBJECT: Downtown Park Update
Construction of Rivers Edge Commons is on schedule for a May 31 completion. The Project
is currently on budget, there have been approximately $6,000 in change orders due to site
conditions, but these have been almost entirely offset with cost reductions based on material
quantities that were lower than expected.
I have attached some pictures and will have more current pictures to show at the
Commission meeting on May 9, 2007.
