SUBJECT: Major Park Use -Holiday Inn, Otsego
We have received a request to use Orono Park on Sunday, July 29`" for a company picnic.
They expect approximately 200 people at this event and will be renting a shelter. Times are
Noon-10pm with a Gam set up for a pig roast. They will also be using a grassy area near the
shelter for games. This is the first time for this event.
Staff recommends allowing this use for the $40 shelter rental fee. Permit will include a
reminder of park use rules.
