Dear Mr. Mo~ell:
I would like to thank you and Arlyce for taking the time to send a
letter commending Officers Dummer and Olson for their actions in
apprehending the juvenile'vandals at your business on May 12, 1996.
I always appreciate receiving positive feedback regarding officers'
actions. Your letter has been passed along to the officers.
The two gift certificates to Russell's were a very generous
gesture. U~fortunately, we are unable to accept gifts of this type
from the public .and I must, therefore, return the two gift
certificates to you.
Again, thank you for your words of praise and generosity.
Sincerely,
Thomas D.
