SUBJECT: Major Park Use -Minnesota Biathlon
We have received a request to use Woodland Trails-Biathlon Range on Sunday, October 30`''
for a Rollerski Biathlon Race. They expect approximately 20 people at event. Times are
gam-11am with rollerskiing on trails from 10-11am. They will bring their own equipment.
Staff recommends allowing this use at no charge. Permit will include a reminder of park use
rules including using paint that will wash away to mark trails and signs for the public.
