• We continue to look for staff for adult fitness classes and recreational programs.
• We will be reapplying for Babcock Park trail connection grant and the Hillside Park
improvement grants.
• We are already beginning summer 2008 planning. Some of our programs are listed in
our spring guide and will need to be set up before the end of the year.
• We have also begun working on the ice show at the Arena. Next year's them is
"Under the Sea".

• "Scholarship" and Transportation program started.
• 88 Keys! Working on fundraising for a baby grand piano fox new activity center.
Fundraising has started and donations are coming in.
• Working on moving into the new Activity Center
• Opened the doors on 12-3. We are still in the process of moving and setting up.

• C.A.E.R. Fundraiser 11-20 #75 in attendance. $182.00 to C.A.E.R and 162# of
groceries.
