SUBJECT: Application for Massage Therapist
Jodi Pikula has submitted an application for massage therapist. She
will be working as a massage therapist at the Waterfall Tanning and
Day Spa located at 657 Main Street, Elk River. Ms. Pikula has
submitted an application and meets the City's requirements for a
massage therapist.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion to approve a massage therapist license for Jodi
Pikula.
