Resignation and Appointment
Resignation
Shawn Donais has submitted a letter of resignation from the Park
and Recreation Commission. Shawn was appointed to the
Commission on January 1, 1995. His term expires on December 31,
1997.
Robin Tuttle has verbally indicated her desire to resign from the
Park and Recreation Commission. She will submit a letter of
resignation shortly. Robin was appointed to the commission on
January 9, 1995. Her term expires on December 31, 1997.
Appointment
There are two applicants on file that were interviewed by the
Council for appointment to the commission on 1/1/96. Theses two
applicants were not appointed at that time. These applications are
attached to this memo. I have not contacted these applicants to see if
they are still interested in serving on the commission. I will do so if
the Council is interested in appointing or interviewing these
applicants.
There are several options for appointment which the council may
want to consider regarding the vacancy on the commission. These
options are as follows:
1. Advertise for the open positions and interview new applicants.

Re-interview or appoint the two applicants that were
previously interviewed.
