Schedule Special Meeting for LeFebvre
Trucking
Issue
During the recent meetings with LeFebvre Trucking it has been made clear
the need to begin construction of the trucking facility by August 1, 1996.
Given this time hne, the City Council will need to schedule a special meeting
sometime after July 23rd, which is the Planning Commission meeting date to
review the preliminary plat, rezoning and conditional use permit. At one
time, the City Council referenced July 29th as a possible date to discuss the
LeFebvre applications. However, this date is the public hearing for the East
Highway No. 10 water and sewer project and it may be more appropriate to
schedule the LeFebvre applications for another night.
Action Requested
The City Council is asked to schedule a special meeting sometime during the
last week of July to review the LeFebvre Trucking applications necessary for
their development on 171st Avenue.
