City Council Meeting Schedule
Given the relatively light agenda for the end of June and the first part of
July, the Council may want to cancel the June 24 City Council meeting and
hold a brief meeting on July 1. A meeting is needed at that time in order to
approve Council bills. At this time the July I agenda is very light and it is
anticipated that this will be a very brief meeting. In that regard, the Council
may wish to move the meeting time from 6 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Action Requested
If the Council wishes to cancel the June 24 meeting, a motion to that effect
should be approved. Additionally, if the Council wishes to reschedule the
July 1 meeting to 5 p.m., that should also be included in the motion.
