Request for Preliminary Plat Approval
by Country Ridge, Inc., Public Hearing,

Overview
The developer is working on revising their preliminary plat and submitting it
to the Planning Commission on June 25. Therefore this item will be
presented to the City Council on July 15 for the Council's consideration.
Recommendation
The City Council is asked to continue the preliminary plat request by
Country Ridge, Inc. to the 7/15/96 City Council meeting.
