Action Requested
Approve amendment to the commercial kennel license for Elk River K9, LLC (Maureen Ivers) to reflect
the new business location of 15703 Jarvis Street NW.
Background/Discussion
Elk River K9, LLC (Maureen Ivers) currently has a commercial kennel license to operate a dog
daycare/training center at 9948 Highway 10. On January 20, 2009, the City Council approved a
conditional use permit for Ms. Ivers to relocate her business to 15703 Jarvis Street NW.
The applicant has submitted all the necessary application materials for the amendment and the new
location has successfully cleared a kennel inspection by the Police Department.
