Pay Estimates
Pay Estimate No. 4 - Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion
Attached is a copy of Pay Estimate #4 to Gridor Construction, Inc., in the
amount of $338,662.00 for work completed on the Wastewater Treatment
Plant expansion project. The city engineer reports that the contractor has
completed the structural works for the primary clarifier No. 2, the final
clarifiers No. I & No. 2, and the trickling filter No. 2.
Pay Estimate No. 1 - Hillside Crossing H
The next attachment is a copy of the first Pay Estimate to Mid Minnesota
Concrete and Excavating, Inc., for work completed on the Hillside Crossing II
public improvements. The amount due to the contractor is $201,622.19. The
city is holding retainage of $16,240.45 on this project.
Action Requested
The city engineer has reviewed the pay estimates, inspected the work
completed, and recommends payment as noted above.
