It has come to your staff's attention that the area east of Twin Lake Elementary School on
Cleveland Ave. (Co. Rd. 40) is void of street lights and is dark at the intersection. Staff
recommends installing the following street light and as shown on the attached drawing.
1) Intersection of Twin Lakes Rd. (Co. Rd. 13) and Cleveland Ave. (Co. Rd. 40).
2) Intersection of Cleveland Ave. and 191St Ave.
