I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request two special meetings of the Elk River City
Council for Tuesday, February 17, 2009 and Monday, March 16, 2009, at 7:30 p.m. or
immediately following the joint City Council, EDA, and Planning Commission worksessions
(whichever is later), at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the special meetings is to conduct regular business.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting dates. I further request the city clerk to notify each member
of the City Council of these meetings, in writing, at least one day before the meetings.
