The Council directed staff and the Planning Commission to formulate a plan for future development of 80 acres on the south side of 175``' Avenue. On October 17, 2005 staff presented the plan to the City Council and it was the consensus that they liked the concept plan presented. Items presented for information only. Staff will provide more formal comments at an upcoming Planning Commission meeting.
