Motion to approve completed solid waste collection licenses fox 2009 as outlined below.
Background/Discussion
Solid waste collection licenses expire annually on the 31s` of December. Fees associated with license
renewal are $60.00 for the company's first truck, and $15.00 for each additional truck. Twenty-two
haulers have applied fox licenses in 2009 for a total of 85 trucks and license revenues of $2,265.00
Elk River licensed twenty-three haulers in 2008. The following is a list of the haulers applying for a city
license in 2009:
