In the past, we have surveyed the seven comparable adjoining electric utilities for position
salaries to provide benchmark comparisons for pay increases. Then in April, our employees
typically make a compensation increase request to this Commission. Last year in March the
Commission was asked if there are any additional areas that they would like for us to survey and
I would like to ask the same this year.
Are there any other issues this Commission desires to have surveyed?
