Meeting was called to order by Chair Vicki 5u11ivan at E,:3lr p,m.
The five RFF" s that the Gitv received for the library project
were reviewed. Two firms declined to submit proposals.
After review and discussion. it was agreed that we would invite
three firms to interview with the Hoard. These firms are EOS
Hrch itectur e . liuetoa~ and Hssoc fates , Inc . , and i~oarman f~roos
Pfister Rodin P< Associates. We will invite them to interview
with the l-roard on Tuesday, .3an 4, at City Hall.
We came up with a list of questions that we will ask: of these
firms at that time. This list is attached.
