Items are written off due to moving out and unable to locate, refusal to pay, bankruptcy, or general cleanup of small amounts. We write them off of our system and then turn them over to Advantage Collection Agency to further pursue. Attached is the list of the write-offs, totaling $12,812.47 that were reviewed through March 2007. Staff recommends that the Elk River Municipal Utilities Commission approve the list through March 2007. Thank you.
