Cleaning Contract for Police Department
Toni Karpe, who is contracted to clean City Hall, Lions Center, and the Library, will assume
the Police Department cleaning services currently done by Chris Zerwas. Toni will clean the
Police Department for a two-month period for the same compensation that Chris Zerwas
received. After Police Department/City Hall move, the cleaning contracts will be
renegotiated
