Discuss March 31, 2003 Annual Reports Presentation
Item 4.4.
The annual reports were presented to the City Council on Monday, March 31, 2003.
Department Heads were grouped into categories (such as public safety) and each of them
presented a couple of 2002 accomplishments and a couple goals for 2003. After each group
presentation the City Council was able to ask questions.
Staff would like Council feedback on this format presentation. How did you like this format?
Do you have any suggestions or changes? How was the timeframe for the presentation? Did
you enjoy the video format? These are some of the questions staff would like to discuss at
the Monday evening meeting.
