1. Call Meeting To Ordex
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the wok session meeting of the Elk River
Parks and Recreation Commission was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair
Nystrom.
2. Consider Minutes of February 13, 2008 Parks & Recreation Commission Meetine

PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES.

4. Work Session -None
5.1. Discuss Outdoor Facility Use Fees
Recreation Administrative Coordinator, Tonya Love shared park fees and race fees
that have been collected for both Woodland Trails Park and Hillside City Park.
Other items discussed by the commission members included, what fees to be listed
on the Outdoor Facility Use Application, Athletic complex/Concession Stand use
fees and seasonal Association use fees.
Director of Parks and Recreation, Bill Maertz shared the idea of creating a group
called "Friends of the Elk River Parks" that would be similar to the Friends of the
Elk River Library. More information will be brought to the April Commission
meeting.
