Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Pazks and Recreation
Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Commissioner Paige.

COMMISSIONER NYSTROM TO APPROVE THE NOVEMBER 8, 2006 PARKS

Nursing students from Bethel College conducted a walkability study of the City of Elk River.
