At the August 22, 2006 Elk River Municipal Utilities Commission meeting, authorization
was given to write specifications and secure bids to install water main for Guardian
Angels addition. Attached is a drawing reflecting the scope of this project. Guardian
Angels will be reimbursing the Elk River Municipal Utilities for their portion of the
costs.
Bids will be received on October 9, 2006. A bid tabulation and staff recommendations
will be presented at our meeting.
