Background/Discussion
The cable commission pays for two city representatives to have cable service in Elk River for the purpose
of monitoring channels and reporting problems to Charter Communications. Councilrnember Zerwas is
currently serving as a monitor. Is there another Councilmember who would like to serve as a cable
monitor?
