SUBJECT: Update on Repairs to HRA Buildings at 716 & 720 Main Street
Last month the HRA discussed the conditions and options for repairs to the HRA buildings
located at 716 & 720 Main Street. The HRA directed staff to obtain an estimate for
repairing the roof at 720 Main Street with a rubber membrane system.
Staff will provide a verbal update at the HRA meeting on the status of the estimates and
options for discussion.
