Susan Luckow
BACKGROUND
Susan Luckow is requesting a Massage Therapist License to practice therapeutic massage
at Salina Spa & Salon located at 19262 Freeport Street in Elk River. Susan has submitted
her application and met the city's educational requirements of 500 hours of successfully
completed course work in the area of massage and passed the required background
investigation.
