Jodi Pikula
BACKGROUND
Jodi Pikula is requesting a Massage Therapist License to practice therapeutic massage at
Massage by Melanie located at 592 Dodge Avenue in Elk River. Jodi has submitted her
application and met the city's educational requirements of 500 hours of successfully
completed course work in the area of massage. She has also previously passed the
required background check.
ACTION REOUESTED
Council motion approving a Massage Therapist License for Jodi Pikula to practice
therapeutic massage at Massage by Melanie at 592 Dodge Avenue in Elk River.
