HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
FOR JANUARY 10, 2005

I, Stewart Wilson, HRA Chair, hereby request a special meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority on Monday, January 10, 2005 at 5:30 p.m., to be held at the Elk
River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS...
• To meet jointly with the Economic Development Authority (EDA) and
Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) to discuss potential financial
mechanisms that could be used as incentives for restoring and rehabilitating
buildings in a historic district
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each member
of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of this special meeting, in writing, at least one
day before the meeting.
