Hiring of WWTS Operator
Pending a negative drug test I would like to recommend the hiring of Joseph
Ferrato for the position of WWTS Operator for the City of Elk River starting
August 12, 1996. Joe has a class D operator license which puts him at pay
Grade 8 Step F of the pay plan which is $11.72 per hour.
Joe was one of 32 applicants that applied for the position. He was selected as
one of five people to be interviewed. During the interview, Joe showed great
confidence in his ability to perform all duties connected with the operation of
the WWTS. Joe more than meets our requirements for the operator position.
